Move reasoning into a product separately

Commercial SDK purchases are priced by language, platform, and license rights. Online plans cover the hosted workspace, not SDK redistribution or internal runtime rights.

Plan around authored models, not hosted learning

Learn from Data v1 is retired. Learning Studies v2 remains unavailable while model-family validation, quote-first planning, purchase, execution, and settlement are qualified. No Online plan currently enables paid learning runs.
